기혼 중년 여성의 개인 심리적 요인과 행복감의 관계에 관한 연구: 부모-자녀 결속감의 조절 효과를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 중년 여성의 개인 심리적 변인과 행복감 간의 영향 관계에서 부모-자녀 결속감의 조절 효과를 파악하는 데 있다. 연구 대상자는 수도권에 거주하고 있는 45-64세의 기혼 중년 여성으로 하여 온라인 설문조사를 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0, Amos25.0, Macro Process 4.2 통계 프로그램을 이용하여, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 기술통계분석, 상관관계 분석, SPSS PROCESS macro 4.2의 1번 모델을 이용하여 조절 효과를 확인하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중년 여성의 주관적 건강 상태, 삶의 의미, 노화 불안은 행복감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중년 여성 삶의 의미, 노화 불안과 행복감 간의 관계에서 부모-자녀 결속감의 조절 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to identify the moderating effect of parent-child bonding on the relationship between personal psychological variables and happiness in middle-aged women. The research subjects were married middle-aged women aged 45-64 living in the metropolitan area and data were collected through an online survey. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 25.0, Amos25.0, Macro Process 4.2 statistical program, and CFA, Reliability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and model 1 of SPSS PROCESS macro 4.2 were used to confirm the moderating effect. The research results are as follows. First, it was found that the subjective health status, meaning of life, and anxiety about aging, which are personal variables of middle-aged women, affect happiness. Second, it was found that parent-child bonding has a moderating effect on the relationship between meaning of life, anxiety about aging and happiness of middle-aged women. KCI Citation Count: 0
