한국체육측정평가학회지 연구윤리가이드라인 개정을 위한 기초 연구

이 연구는 한국체육측정평가학회지 연구윤리가이드라인의 개정을 위한 근거자료를 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 특히 빅데이터와 AI 연구윤리가이드라인의 경향과 주요 내용을 정리함으로써 최근의 연구경향을 반영하도록 하였다. 오늘날 연구윤리규정은 IRB심의에 대한 의무 확대, 연구프로토콜 전반의 연구윤리규정 강화, 취약대상자및 연구에 따른 이해상충 기준 고지 의무 등이 강조되고 있다. 스포츠 빅데이터 AI분야에서는 원칙적으로 개인정보법에 근거한 개인정보보호, 안전관리 및 투명성 원칙 그리고 최소 정보수집, 목적 외 사용금지와 데이터 품질보장 등의 내용들이 주요 내용들로 다루어지고 있다. 연구에서 데이터 사용에 대한 법적 의무가 충족되었다할지라도 데이터 사용이 윤리적으로 허용되지 않는다는 점에 대한 인식이 무엇보다 중요하다. 이와 같은 새로운윤리규정들은 향후 체육측정평가학회지 연구윤리규정 개정에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study was to reestablish a research ethics guideline of KSME based on scientific research trends related to sport, exercise, and physical activity by emphasizing big data and artificial intelligence (AI) academic area. Currently, research ethics of academic journals in Korea has enhanced IRB, ethical research protocol, criteria of vulnerable population and conflict of interests while conducting the researches in Kinesiology. In sport big data and AI researches, it underlines personal information protection, transparency, safety management, minimum information standards, prohibition of data usage without permissions, and data quality control under Personal Information Protection Act. Although any research in Kinesiology follows the research ethics standards and is under controlled by Personal Information Protection Act, the researchers should be aware of that not all data are allowed to use in any research purpose. In other words, the researchers should ethically make decisions in any situation and environment related to their own researches. Likewise, those new standards of research ethics will support to set up the research ethics guideline of KSME. KCI Citation Count: 0
