간호대학생의 전공만족도와 학업적 자기효능감이 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 문제해결능력 정도를 살펴보고, 문제해결능력에 영향을 미치는 예측요인을 분석하기 위함이다. D지역 간호대학생 210명을 연구대상으로 하였고, 자료수집 기간은 2023년 9월 1일부터 22일까지 이었다. 자료분석 방법은 SPSS 21.0으로 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s 상관관계와 단계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구대상자의 문제해결능력의 평균은 164.27점이었다. 대상자의 일반적인 특성 중에서 수업 참여도가 문제해결능력에 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 문제해결능력은 전공만족도와 학업적 자기효능감과 유의한 정적인 상관관계를 보여주었다. 간호대학생의 문제해결능력에 영향을 미치는 예측요인으로는 학업적 자기효능감(β=0.282, p<.001)과 전공만족도(β=0.216, p=.002)로 나타났으며, 이는 간호대학생의 문제해결능력에 대해 15.8%의 설명력을 보였다(F=13.899, p<.001). 그 중에서 학업적 자기효능감이 가장 높은 설명력을 보인 변수이었다. 향후 간호대학생의 문제해결능력을 향상시키기 위해서는 간호대학 입학 시부터 전공만족도와 학업적 자기효능감을 강화한 체계적인 프로그램의 개발 및 적용이 필요할 것이다. This study aimed to identify the factors influencing on problem-solving ability among nursing students. Data were collected from 210 nursing students from September 1 to September 22, 2023 and analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression. The results indicated that the subjects’ mean score of problem-solving ability was 164.27, and class participation was a significant factor related to problem-solving ability among these subjects. Problem-solving ability was positively correlated with major satisfaction and academic self-efficacy. The influencing factors in problem-solving ability were academic self-efficacy (β=0.282, p<.001) and satisfaction with major (β=0.216, p=.002). The explanatory power of these variables was 15.8% (F=13.899, p<.001). Academic self-efficacy was the most important variable. To improve the problem-solving ability of nursing students in the future, a systematic program should be developed and applied to strengthen major satisfaction and academic self-efficacy from the time they enter nursing college.
