하이브리드 전시 관람 경험에 대한 실증적 연구:《영원한 여정, 특별한 동행: 상형토기와 토우장식토기(2023)》를 중심으로

본 연구는《영원한 여정, 특별한 동행(2023)》에 대한 실증적 연구를 통해 관람 경험 평가를 위한 연구 모형을 제안했다. 연구팀은 연구 모형을 개발했으며, 105명을 대상으로 진행한 설문조사를 기반으로 가설을 검증했다. 가설 검증 결과를 종합해보면, 내적 동기의 세부 요인들과 인지된치유 가치는 전시만족도에 긍정적으로 작용했고, 지각된 경험 품질의 모든 세부 요인과 전시몰입도는 전시만족도와 양(+)의 상관관계를 보였으며, 전시만족도는 전시 이용 의사의 특정 세부 요인에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 상술한 결과는 하이브리드 전시의 기획 및 평가 관리에 필요한 연구체계의 개발과 실질적 고려사항, 전시 수용과 관람객 연구에 대한 통찰을 제공한다. This study proposes a research model for evaluating the experience of a hybrid exhibition, 《Companions on the Eternal Journey(2023)》through an empirical research. We develop a model and conduct a survey with 105 participants, along with correlation analyses to test the proposed hypotheses. Key findings reveal that sub-factors of intrinsic motivation and the healing value as a perceived value influence the degree of satisfaction. All sub-factors of perceived experience quality and the degree of immersion are positively correlated with the degree of satisfaction. Finally, the degree of satisfaction significantly impacts certain sub-factors of the intention to use the exhibition. These findings provide insights for developing a research framework and practical considerations for planning and evaluating hybrid museum exhibitions, as well as for research on exhibition acceptance and visitor experience.
