우울장애 환자의 초기부적응도식과 자살사고의 관계에서 회피대처방식과 문제중심대처의 역할: 조절된 매개모형

본 연구는 73명의 우울장애 환자를 대상으로 초기부적응도식(단절 및 거절 영역)과 자살사고의 관계에서 회피대처방식과 문제중심대처의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하여, 자살사고의 위험요인과 보호요인을 확인하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 회피대처방식은 초기부적응도식(단절 및 거절 영역)과 자살사고 관계에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 회피대처방식과 자살사고의 관계에서 문제중심대처는 조절효과가 있는 것으로나타났다. 초기부적응도식(단절 및 거절 영역과) 자살사고의 관계에서 회피대처방식과 문제중심대처가 조절된 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나, 조절효과가 역완충적 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 우울장애 환자의 자살사고에 초기부적응도식(단절 및 가절 영역)과 회피대처방식이 위험요인으로 작용하므로, 이에 대한 심리치료적 개입이 필요함을 시사한다. Background: The purpose of this study was to identify the risk and protective factors for suicidal ideation in patients with depressive disorder by examining the moderated mediation effect of avoidance and problem-focused coping styles in the relationship between early maladaptive schemas (disconnection and rejection) and suicidal ideation. Methods: Data were collected from 73 patients with depressive disorder. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Windows 23.0 and the PROCESS Macro program. Results: Avoidance coping played a mediating role in the relationship between early maladaptive schemas and suicidal ideation. Problem-focused coping played a moderating role in the relationship between avoidance coping and suicidal ideation; this moderating role was found to have a counter buffering effect. Conclusions: These results suggest that early maladaptive schemas (disconnection and rejection) and avoidance coping act as risk factors for suicidal ideation in patients with depressive disorder.
