델파이 조사를 통한 언어재활사 직무분석 연구

배경 및 목적: 언어치료 영역이 국가자격화가 되었음에도 불구하고 언어치료 전문 인력 양성에 필요한 언어재활사(SLP)의 직무에 대해 구체적으로 연구된 바가 없으며, 1급과 2급 간의 급수별 역할 범위에 대해서도 명확하게 알려진 바가 없다. 본 연구의 목적은 (1) SLP를 정의하고, (2) 한국 SLP 직무의 범위를 파악하기 위하여 책무, 작업 및 작업요소를 기술하고, (3) 1급과 2급 SLP의 급수별 역할범위를 제안하는 것이다. 방법: 언어치료학 박사학위를 소지하거나 임상 경험 5년 이상이 되는 50명의 전문가들이 3차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 통해 설문지의 내용타당도를 검증한 결과, 한국 SLP의 직무와 관련된 항목들은 5첨 척도로 구성된 내용타당도 점수에서 모두 4.0 이상으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 직무와 관련된 항목을 수정하였고, SLP 직무의 책무, 작업 및 작업요소를 분석하였다. 또한, 최종적으로 책무와 작업은 공청회를 통해 수정 보완하였다. 결과: 3단계 델파이 조사 분석을 통해 한국 SLP의 직무를 정의하였고, 직무를 5개의 책무, 17개의 작업 그리고 57개의 작업요소로 분류하였다. 또한 1급과 2급 SLP의 직무를 구분하여 제시하였다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구가 한국 SLP 직무분석과 관련된 추후 연구를 위한 기초를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 본다. Purpose: The Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) field has been systemized in Korea's national qualification framework since 2012. However, the job duties or tasks of SLPs are not well established and have not been studied in detail. In addition, the different tasks required by the different classes of Korean SLPs are not clearly defined. The present study aimed to (1) define SLP, (2) describe the job duties and tasks of SLPs, and (3) suggest differential job tasks between the first and second class of SLPs. Methods: Fifty experts who have doctoral degrees in SLP or more than 5 years of clinical experience participated in the study. Thorough three steps of delphi study, the content validity of questionnaires were examined and those of all questions were over 4.0 out of 5.0. Based on these results, SLP's job duties and tasks were analyzed. In addition, these were compensated through public hearings. Results: By analyzing three steps of a delphi study, the authors suggested (1) job definition, (2) five job duties, 17 tasks, and 57 task elements, and (3) differential job tasks of the first and second class of Korean SLP. Conclusions: This study provides a framework for further research on Korean SLP's job analysis. KCI Citation Count: 22
