북한의 고전소설 『임진록』의 서사적 변개 양상과 의미 -윤세평의 『임진록』(민주청년사, 1955)을 중심으로

본 연구는 윤세평의 『임진록』(민주청년사, 1955)을 연구 대상으로 하여북한 문학내적 특수성에 따른 전략적 수용양상과 그 의미를 파악하고자 했다. 그의 『임진록』 (민주청년사, 1955)은 전쟁 초기 조선이 무방비로 무너져내린 경황을 무시하고 오로지 승리의 전쟁으로 간주하며, 영웅적 인물들의애국사상과 조국수호의 정신이 담겨있다. 곧, 이 책은 전후복구시기 북한의청소년 세대에게 민족적 자긍심과 애국적인 정신을 심어주기 위한 청소년계몽서의 기능을 했다. 첫째, 조선 조정의 관료인 지략가들의 서사를 없애고 왜에 대한 거룩한항전의 서사를 나열함으로써 조선 왕을 비롯한 관료들에 대한 비판 의식을담았다. 둘째, 윤세평의 『임진록』 의 등장 인물들은 전쟁이라는 거대한 소용돌이 속에서 오로지 조국을 지켜내기 위해서 계급 신분을 초월한 애국적행위를 보였다. 셋째, 평양 중심의 전승을 기록하기 위한 내용 전개를 펼치고 있다. 앞으로 윤세평의 재북시기 활동과 고전문학에 대한 이해와 깊이 있는 접근이 필요하다. 더불어 고전문학 주해서, 비평 등에 대한 다양한 논의와아동문학, 영화평에 대한 논의도 이어지길 바란다. The purpose of this study was, Yoon Se-pyeong’s 『Imjinrok』 as the subject of study, to investigate the implications and the meaning of strategic acceptance aspects according to the distinct characteristics of literature in North Korea. 『Imjinrok』(Democratic Youth History, 1955) contains the patriotic ideology of the heroic characters and the spirit of the protecting homeland, which is regarded as a war of victory, ignoring the collapsing situation because of the defenseless state of Joseon in the early years of war. In other words, this book is a youth enlightenment book to instill national pride and patriotic spirit in North Korean youth during the post-war recovery period. First, by removing the description of the intellectuals who were bureaucrats of the Joseon Dynasty and listing the description of the holy war about invaders, they contained the rituals of criticism of the kings and other officials. Second, Yoon Se-pyeong’s characters in 『Imjinrok』 show patriotic spirits that transcended class in reality in order to protect their country only in the great vortex of the war. Third, it is developing contents to record the tradition of Pyongyang centered transmission. In the future, it is necessary to have a deep understanding of Yoon Se-Pyeong’s activities in North Korea and ancient literature. In addition, discussions on classical literature, criticism, children’s literature and film criticism should be continued. KCI Citation Count: 0
