‘후지’ /M.9 덧가지 묘목 생산시 생장조절제 살포 횟수 경감 가능성

사과 우량 덧가지 묘목 생산시 생장조절제의 살포간격을 넓혀 살포횟수를 경감시킬 수 있는지를 알아보기 위하여 관행의 7일 간격으로 6-benzylamino purine(BAP) 600mg.L-1와 Promalin 2%를 4회 살포한 처리를 대조구로 하여 동일농도로 10일 간격 3회, 15일 간격 2회 살포한 처리구를 두고 묘목의 소질과 덧가지 발생정도를 조사하였다. BAP 600mg.L-1 처리의 경우 총 덧가지 수는 7일 간격 4회 살포의 17.1개에 비해 10일 간격 3회 살포에서는 13.6개, 15일 간격 2회 살포에서는 10.9개로 살포간격이 길고 횟수가 적을수록 덧가지의 수가 적은 경향이었다. 따라서 BAP는 살포횟수 4회 처리를 하는 것이 바람직한 것으로 구명되었다. Promalin 2% 처리의 경우 30cm 이상의 덧가지가 10개 이상인 묘목의 비율을 제외하고 1주일 간격으로 4회 처리시 총 덧가지 15.6개, 10일 간격으로 3회 처리 14.5개, 15일 간격으로 2회 처리 15.0개로 처리간 차이가 없었으며, 길이 30cm 이상의 덧가지 수나 30cm 이상의 덧가지가 5개 이상인 묘목의 비율에서도 유의성이 인정될 정도의 차이는 없어 살포횟수 경감이 가능한 것으로 나타났다. The application of plant growth regulators (PGR) for feathering is one of the expensive operations in apple nursery tree production. In order to reduce application times of PGR, 600 mg.L-1 of 6-benzylamino purine (BAP) and 2% of Promalin were sprayed three times at 10-day interval, or twice at 15-day interval on one-year-old 'Fuji' on M.9 T337/seedling rootstocks. The effects of reducing application were compared with those of control in which PGR was applied four times at 7-day interval. In a BAP trial, induction of total number of feathers increased through more often applications at shorter intervals, namely 17.1 feathers in four times, 13.6 feathers in three times, and 10.9 feathers in twice applications, respectively. In a Promalin trial, there were no significant differences in feathering among three treatments in terms of numbers of total and over 30 cm long feathers. Therefore, application times could be reduced with Promalin treatment but not with BAP treatment with longer intervals in 'Fuji' apple nursery production. KCI Citation Count: 0
