경피적 관동맥 풍선성형술 중 유도철사에 의한 좌회선동맥과 우관상동맥의 가성협착 2예

관상동맥의 가성 협착은 경피적 관동맥 풍선성형술을 시행할 때 혈관성형술 유도철사나 풍선 도자에 의해서 혈관 굴곡이 펴지면서 생기는 인위적인 병변이다.이 병변은 특별한 치료를 필요로 하지 않고 원인이 되는 유도철사를 제거함으로서 완전히 없어진다. 이런 가성병변에 관한 보고는 매우 한정적이며 대부분은 우관상동맥에 생긴 것이었다. Coronary pseudo-lesion is an artificial lesion that occurs during percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty by an angioplasty guide wire and/or a balloon as a result of a straightening of the vessel curvature. A specific treatment is not required and the condition is completely resolved after removing the angioplasty wire. There are few reports about a pseudo-lesion, particularly in the left circumflex artery. We report two cases of a coronary pseudo-lesion induced by an angioplasty guide wire; one case affecting the left circumflex artery and the other affecting the right coronary artery.
