| Summary: | The finance of real estate of China is growing with great rapidity thanks to the rapid growth of real estate market. It had grown rapidly on a basis of the finance of real estate development in the middle of 1990s. But after that, it grows more rapidly, as the demand of consumer housing finance increases in a large scale. In the meanwhile, the growth of the finance of real estate of China results from commercial banks largely whether it is the finance of real estate development or the finance of consumer housing.
