Summary:A case of metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the eyelid from the parotid gland in a 61-year-old woman is presented. Open biopsy of the cervical lymphadenopathy revealed the metastatic lesion of squamous cell carcinoma in the nodes. Histopathological examination of extirpated eyelid tumor also showed secondary squamous cell carcinoma probably from the squamous cell carcinoma in the parotid gland. Including this case presented here, 3 reported cases of the metastatic tumor from the parotid gland are mentioned and discussed.
