Summary:Wireless USB can be applied to WP AN applications in home networks. In case of N-screen service, data traffics must be delivered to multi-hop points in multiple rooms. However, the current wireless USB is designed to support communications through point-to-point connections between WUSB host and WUSB device. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a WUSB Device Clustering Scheme using dual-role device (DRD) function for multi-hop N-screen services (MNS). A DRD device separately functions as both WUSB host and WUSB device on a single transceiver. In the simulation results, efficiency of the multi-hop N-screen services is proven through throughput and delay evaluation.
