지적장애인 성폭력 피해자 통합치유프로그램의 효과성 연구

This study was conducted to verify the effect of integrated therapy program on the self-esteem, self-expression, and sexual self-determination of sexually abused women with intellectual disabilities. The subjects of this study were 8 victims who were referred to the Sexual Violence Relief Center for women with intellectual disabilities in K-area. The effectiveness of the program was evaluated to statistical significance though the pre- and post-test using the SPSS Win 25.0 program. The integrated therapy program significantly improved the self-esteem of victims(t=-4.183, p<0.001). Self-expression was significantly improved(t=-5.103, p<0.001). It was also observed that the change in behavior was positively reinforced in the sexual self-determination(t=-26.346, p<0.001). The results of this study suggest that integrated therapy program should be actively used for psychological and emotional healing of sexual assault victims with intellectual disabilities. 본 연구는 통합치유프로그램이 지적장애인 성폭력 피해자의 자아존중감과 자기표현능력 및 성적 자기결정 능력에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위하여 실시하였다. 연구대상자는 K지역의 여성장애인 성폭력상담소에 의뢰된 지적장애인 성폭력 피해자 8명이다. 프로그램의 효과성을 검증하기 위해 SPSS Win 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 사전·사후 검사에 따른 T-test를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 통합치유프로그램은 첫째, 지적장애인 성폭력 피해자의 자아존중감이 통계적으로 유의미(t=-4.183, p<0.001)하게 향상되었다. 둘째, 자기표현능력도 통계적으로 유의미(t=-5.103, p<0.001)하게 개선되었다. 셋째, 성적 자기결정능력에 있어서도 긍정적인 행동의 변화(t=-26.346, p<0.001)를 유도함으로써 통합치유프로그램의 효과성을 관찰할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 지적장애인 성폭력 피해자의 심리·정서적 치유를 위해 통합치유프로그램을 적극적으로 활용하여야 함을 시사한다.
