Summary:Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) employing hydrogen fuel cells as power sources have been studied in a wide range of applications. The safety standards for the hydrogen fuel cells have not been established yet. For this, it is necessary to identify the failures and performance degradations that may occur during a unit cell evaluation according to the UAVs' operation conditions. In this study, the change of electrochemical performances and safety parameters such as sealing and pressure differential characteristics were investigated depending on the tile angles of the unit cell.
