Abstract | Purpose: This study was done to identify the effects of the Korean Enneagram program on college nursing students' ego-identity, interpersonal relationships and self-leadership. Methods: A nonequivalent control group pre-posttest design was used. Twenty-nine students were in the experimental group receiving the Korean Enneagram program, and 28 were in the control group with no treatment. Results: 'The experimental group will show higher scores for ego-identity (t=3.97, p<.001), interpersonal relationship (t=3.26, p=.002) and self-leadership (t=2.91, p=.007) compared to the control group 8 weeks after the program finished' was supported by significant differences in the scores between the two groups. Conclusion: The findings indicate that the Korean Enneagram Program has a significant effect on improving ego-identity, interpersonal skills and self-leadership in nursing college students and the program can be used as a tool to promote the ego-identity, interpersonal skills and self-leadership of nursing students. |

AbstractList | 본 연구는 한국형에니어그램 프로그램을 간호대학생에게 적용한 후 자아정체감, 대인관계 및 셀프리더십에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위해 시도되었다. 비동등성 대조군전후 설계의 유사실험연구로 실험군29명, 대조군 28명이었다. 주1회 3시간씩 총 8회기로 진행하였으며 Window SPSS(17.0)을 이용하여 분석하였다. 제1가설인 '실험군은 대조군보다 프로그램 종료 후 8주시점의 자아정체감 점수가 더 높을것이다'는 실험군이 대조군보다 자아정체감 점수가 유의하게 높아 지지되었다(t=3.97, p<.001). 제2가설 '실험군은 대조군보다 프로그램 종료 후 8주시점의 대인관계 점수가 더 높을 것이다'는 실험군이 대조군보다 대인관계 점수가 유의하게 높아 지지되었다(t=3.26,p=.002). 제3가설'실험군은 대조군보다 프로그램 종료 후 8주시점의 셀프리더십 점수가 더 높을 것이다'는 실험군이 대조군보다 셀프리더십 점수가 유의하게 높아 지지되었다(t=2.91, p=.007). 이상의 연구결과를 통해 한국형 에니어그램 프로그램은 간호대학생의 자기탐색, 자기이해를 통한 자아정체감 향상과 타인은 나와 다르다는 이해를 통하여 대인관계 능력증진과 자기성장 전략을 활용한 셀프리더십 증진에 효과가 있으며 8주정도 그 효과가 지속됨을 확인하였다 Purpose: This study was done to identify the effects of the Korean Enneagram program on college nursing students'ego-identity, interpersonal relationships and self-leadership.
