부모의 양육태도와 의사소통이 청소년의 진로의사결정유형에 미치는 영향

This study aims to demonstrate what effect of parental Rearing Attitudes and communication on adolescents' Career Decision-making Styles to present mothers' desirable parental Rearing Attitudes and fathers' communication types for reasonable Career Decision-making. As a result, when adolescents perceived mothers' parental Rearing Attitudes negatively, they tended to make dependent decisions. Fathers' open communication had a statistically significant effect on adolescents' reasonable decision while their trouble-type communication had a statistically significant effect on adolescents' dependent decision. 본 연구의 목적은 청소년이 지각한 부모의 양육태도와 의사소통이 진로의사결정유형에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 검증하여, 자녀들의 합리적 진로의사결정을 위해 바람직한 어머니의 양육태도와 아버지의 의사소통유형을 제시하는데 있다. 본 연구결과 청소년 자녀들이 어머니에 대한 양육태도를 수용적으로 인식할 때, 진로의사결정을 합리적인 방향으로 더 나아가며, 어머니에 대한 양육태도를 거부적으로 인식할 때 진로의사결정을 의존적인 방향으로 한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 아버지의 개방형 의사소통은 청소년 자녀들이 합리적 진로의사결정을 하는데 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 아버지의 문제형 의사소통은 청소년 자녀들이 의존적 진로의사결정을 하는데 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다.
