무용공연장 서비스 품질과 공연장 만족 및 재관람 의사의 관계

The purpose of this study is to investigate how the service quality of dance performance halls influences the satisfaction with performance halls and willingness of re-spectating. To perform this study, questionnaires were used and frequent analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the collected data. Conclusions are as follows; First, the service quality of dance performance halls had an effect on the satisfaction of dance performance halls. Second, the service quality of dance performance halls had an effect on re-spectating. Third, the satisfaction with performance halls influenced the re-spectating. These results show that the higher the service quality becomes the more positive effect appears between the satisfaction of performance halls and re-spectating. 본 연구는 무용공연장 서비스 품질이 공연장 만족도 및 재관람 의사에 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 실증적으로 연구하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 경기도에 소재한 "경기도 박물관 내 공연장", 양평군에 소재한 "바탕골 소극장"을 대상으로 무용공연을 관람하기 위하여 방문한 관객을 모집단으로 선정하였으며, 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 400명의 표본을 추출 하였다. 응답자의 내용이 부실하고 누락되거나 자료로서 가치가 없다고 판단되는 표본은 분석대상에서 제외하였고, 최종적으로 자료 분석에 사용된 것은 367명이다. 조사도구는 자기평가기입법에 기초한 구조화된 설문지를 작성하여 사용하였으며, 수집된 자료 분석을 위하여 사용한 통계 분석 기법은 빈도분석, 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석 등을 사용하였다. 연구가설은 유의수준 ${\alpha}$=.05에서 검증하였다. 이와 같은 연구방법 및 절차를 이용하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 무용공연장 서비스 품질은 공연장 만족도에 영향을 미치고 있다. 둘째, 무용공연장 서비스 품질은 재관람에 영향을 미치고 있다. 셋째, 공연장 만족도는 재관람에 영향을 미치고 있다. 이상과 같은 연구의 결과를 종합하여 보면, 관람객들은 공연장 서비스 품질이 높을수록 공연장에 대한 만족도와 재관람 의사에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있다.
