국내 비행교육을 위한 교육 환경 분석 및 개선방안

비행교육은 항공산업의 발전과 안전을 보장하는 데 필수적인 요소이다. 한국의 항공산업은 급격한 성장을 이루었으며, 이에 따라 전문적인 비행교육의 필요성도 증가하고 있다. 본 논문은 국내 비행교육환경의 현황을 분석하고, 이를 개선하기 위한 방안을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 또한, 우리나라 조종사 양성 전문교육기관의 운영방식 및 교육 환경이 학생 교육에 적합하게 구성되었는지 살펴보고 우리나라 조종사 양성 전문교육기관에서 교육을 받는 교육생 및 교관들과 항공종사자를 대상으로 비행교육 인프라에 대한 설문 조사를 통해 국내 비행교육에 대한 인프라 개선에 대한 필요성과 시급성을 조사하여 유의미한 결론을 도출하였다. Flight education is an essential element in ensuring the development and safety of the aviation industry. Korea's aviation industry has grown rapidly, and the need for professional flight training is increasing accordingly. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current status of Korea's flight education environment and seek ways to improve it. In addition, we examined whether the operation method and educational environment of Korea's professional pilot training institutes were structured appropriately for student education, and conducted a survey on the flight education infrastructure targeting trainees, instructors, and aviation workers receiving training at Korea's pilot training institutes. Through the survey, we investigated the necessity and urgency of improving the infrastructure for domestic flight education and drew meaningful conclusions.
