오타모반의 미용적 치료 1예

목적: 공막의 선천성 오타모반 환자에게 공막염색술과 동종공막이식술을 시행하여 미용적으로 만족할 만한 결과를 얻었기에 보고하고자 한다. 대상과 방법: 우안 공막의 오타모반이 미용적 문제가 되는 28세 여자 환자에게, 공막염색술과 동종공막이식술을 시행하고 5개월 간 추적관찰하였다. 결과: 수술 후 특별한 합병증은 없었으며, 환자는 결과에 대해 만족하였다. 결론: 별다른 치료법이 없던 공막의 선천성 오타모반 환자에게 공막염색술과 동종공막이식술의 병행은 미용적으로 효과적인 치료방법이 될 수 있다. <한안지 47(6):996-999, 2006> Purpose: To report a case of cosmetically successful treatment of nevus of Ota performed by scleral painting and scleral allograft transplantation. Methods: Scleral painting and allograft transplantation were done in a 28-year-old woman who had cosmetic problem due to nevus of Ota, and she was followed up for 5 months postoperatively. Results: The patient had no specific postoperative complication and was satisfied with the surgical results. Conclusions: For patients of nevus of Ota who have not been treated successfully, scleral painting and allograft transplation can be an effective cosmetic treatment.
