한국 소아기 류마티스관절염 환아에서의 안소견

목적 : 소아기 류마티스관절염(JRA)에서 안소견과 임상경과, 위험인자를 알아보고자 하였다. 대상과 방법 : JRA 환자들을 진단하고 전신형, 소수관절 1형과2형, 다수관절 류마티스인 자 음성형과 양성형으로 세부분류하여 포도막염, 백내장, 안압상승의 발생빈도를 조사하고 JRA형, 성별, 항핵항체와 HLA B27 유무와의 관련성을 후향적으로 알아 보았다. 결과 : 대상환자 59명 중 급성 포도막염은 14명(23.7%)으로 다수관절 류마티스인자 양성형과 전 Purpose : To investigate the ocular findings...
