피부접근 누낭비강문합술에서 술중 Mitomycin-C 접촉 유무에 따른 수술성적 비교

목적 : 피부접근을 통한 누낭비강문합술시 술중 Mitomycin-C의 접촉유무에 따른 수술성적을 비교하고자 하였다. 대상과 방법 : 본원 안과에서 한 명의 술자에 의해 피부접근법을 통한 고식적인 방법의 누낭비강문합술을 시행 받은 환자 중 6 개월 이상 관찰이 가능했던 80안 중에서 술중에 Mitomycin-C를 접촉하였던 40안을 1군으로 하여 실험군으로 설정하였고, Mitomycin-C를 접촉하지 않은 40안을 2군으로 하여 대조군으로 설정하였다. 1 Purpose : To compare the surgical results of...
