두부외상 환자에서 발현되는 신경안과적 질환과 예측인자

목적 : 두부외상과 관련하여 나타나는 신경안과적 질환과 예측인자에 대해 고찰해 보고자 한다. 대상과 방법 : 1995년 1월 1일부터 2003년 12월 31일까지 병원에 내원한 환자 중 뇌진탕 및 뇌좌상의 상병코드를 갖고 있는 환자들을 대상으로 후향적 환자기록지 분석을 시행하였다. 1284명의 환자 중 남자는 972명(76%), 여자는 312명(24%)이었고, 평균 연령은 40.36세였다. 두부 외상의 원인으로는 자동차 사고가 944명(74%)으로 가장 Purpose: To describe the neuro-ophthalmic fi...
