그린바이오 기업의 제품화 성과에 영향을 미치는 협력관계 유형과 벤처기업인증의 조절효과에 관한 연구

Green bio is attracting attention as a next-generation industry, but domestic companies' competitiveness is weak, so utilizing various cooperative relationships is necessary. This study aims to identify the types of cooperative relationships that affect the product development performance of green bio companies and the moderating effect of venture company certification. To this end, 302 green bio company data was extracted from the results of the bio-industry status survey, multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were performed. The analysis results showed that cooperate R&D and technology alliances had a positive effect on product development, and venture company certification strengthened product development performance for cooperate R&D. The research results are expected to provide strategic implications for green bio companies that lack empirical analysis based on corporate data to determine effective partnership methods and utilize venture company certification. 그린바이오는 차세대 산업으로 주목받고 있으나 국내 기업 경쟁력은 열세인 상황으로 다양한 협력관계의 활용이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 그린바이오 기업의 제품화 성과에 영향을 미치는 협력관계의 유형과 벤처기업인증의 조절효과를 규명하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 이를 위하여 바이오산업 실태조사 결과로부터 302개 그린바이오 기업 데이터를 추출한 후 네 가지 협력관계 유형과 제품화 성과 간에 다중회귀분석 및 벤처기업 인증을 조절변수로 한 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 네 가지 협력관계 유형 중 공동연구개발과 기술제휴가 제품화에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 벤처기업 인증은 공동연구개발에 대하여 제품화 성과를 강화하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 기업 데이터 기반 실증 분석이 부족한 그린바이오 기업의 효과적인 협력관계 방식 결정과 벤처기업 인증의 활용에 전략적인 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.
