Summary: | The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of school sentiments perceived by university students majoring in aviation service on professor-student interaction and the resulting influence on learning outcomes. First, The study results confirm that school belonging have a positive effect on professor-student interactions, including emotional interaction, career interaction, and academic interaction. Second, It is confirmed that there is a positive effect on career-related interactions and academic-related interactions among professors and students. On the other hand, emotional interaction in professor-student interactions is found to have no significant effect on learning outcomes. Third, As a result of verifying the mediating effect of teacher-student interaction, emotional interaction, career interaction, and academic interaction are found to have a mediating effect on the relationship between school belonging and learning performance. These results are intended to provide a stable college life and environment for university students majoring in aviation services and to provide useful basic data for fostering social talents required in the field. |
