Summary: | The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of personal color perception of office workers on self-esteem and job satisfaction. The subjects of the study are Seoul. A survey of office workers in Chungcheong Province was conducted, and 251 copies were used for data analysis. The analysis method used the SPSS 26.0 program to process frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, (one-way) ANOVA, and post-verification (Scheffe's), and correlation analysis and multiple regression were conducted to find out the correlation between office workers' personal color perception, and the statistical significance level was p<.It was set to 05. Through this research procedure, the following results were derived. First, it was found that winter and summer colors had a positive (+) effect as a result of office workers' personal color perception on self-esteem. Second, it was found that winter and spring colors had a positive (+) effect as a result of office workers' personal color perception on economic satisfaction. Third, self-esteem is found to have a positive (+) effect on economic satisfaction, and it is considered that there is a high probability of success in social life with confidence through personal color recognition. 본 연구의 목적은 직장인의 퍼스널컬러인식이 자아존중감 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 연구대상자는 서울. 충청지역 직장인을 대상으로 설문조사 하여 251부를 자료 분석에 사용하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, (one-way)ANOVA, 사후 검증(Scheffe's)을 처리하였으며, 직장인의 퍼스널컬러 인식의 상관성을 알아보기 위해 상관관계분석 및 다중회귀분석(multiple regression)을 실시하였으며, 통계적 유의수준은 p<.05로 설정하였다. 이와 같은 연구 절차를 거처 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 직장인의 퍼스널컬러 인식이 자아존중감에 미치는 영향으로 겨울 색과 여름 색이 정적(+) 영향이 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직장인의 퍼스널컬러 인식이 경제성 만족에 미치는 영향으로 겨울 색과 봄 색이 정적(+)영향이 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자아존중감은 경제성 만족에 정적(+)영향이 미치는 것으로 나타나 퍼스널컬러인식을 통한 자신감으로 사회생활에 성공할 확률을 높이는 것으로 사료 된다. |
