Summary:Purpose: This study aimed to identify the effects of clinical performance ability and organizational socialization of general hospital new graduated nurses on turnover intention to quit and to provide basic data to reduce the turnover rate of these nurses and establishing a new education system. Methods: The study collected data from September 1st to September 14th, 2024, from new nurses employed at a general hospital in the G& C region. A total of 164 participants were included in analysis. Statistical analysis used descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson’s correla tion, and multiple regression analysis. Results: As a factor affecting the subjects' turnover intention itwas found that the lower the clinical performance ability of new nurses, the higher the turnover intention to quit (B=-.235, p<.01), and the higher the organizational socialization of new nurses, the lower the turnover intention to quit (B=-.888, p<.001).
