사회서비스산업과 지역사회서비스투자사업 활성화에 관한 연구

The study focuses on the Community Social Service Investment(CSI) and social service industry in order to foster its relevant industry and creating jobs with the purpose of decreasing of regional unemployment rate. In this vein, the backgrounds of social investment theory, social service and the creation of jobs, and the so-called social company or social enterprise are examined in brief. In addition, the characteristics of social company in the beginning period of domestic industry also is investigated, and the survey on the possibility of the market-oriented social industry is performed between stakeholder in regional government, supply agency charger, and end-users of the social service supply agency. In this paper, the independent t-statistic results of two groups without the end-users are reported briefly. In general, they agree to the necessity and contribution of social industry but the difference is uncovered about the realization of market-oriented social industry. Finally, the several policy obstacles and alternatives are presented. KCI Citation Count: 19
