호남춤 계보와 특성 연구: 전라북도 무형문화재 춤을 중심으로

이 연구는 전라북도 무형문화재 춤 6종목의 전승 양상과 춤사위 및 특징을 분석하여 호남춤의 계보와 특성을 밝힌 글이다. 전라북도 무형문화재 민속춤의 춤사위 분석과 계보의 연구를 하고자 역사적 사료를 조사하는 문헌연구방법과 전라북도춤 전승의 핵심인물인 정자선과 박금슬에 관한 고증을 얻기 위해 직접 사사를 받았던 면담자를 만나 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 춤사위에 있어 중성적이고 투박한 춤사위와 희노애락의 감정표현이 대조적으로 나타났다. 또한 춤 전반의 분위기가 밝고 하부지향적 동작이 많은 것이 특징이다. 전라북도 춤의 계보는 전동 권번의 예기 추월에서 이어지는 권번 계열의 춤과 권번에서 춤선생으로 활동했지만 무가계열의 태생이면서 재인이었던 정자선에서 이어지는 춤으로 분류할 수 있다. This study reveals the genealogy and characteristics of Honam dance by analyzing the aspect of transmission, dance moves, and characteristics of six types of intangible cultural asset dances in Jeollabuk-do. Data was collected by a method of research on historical record for the analysis of dance moves and genealogy of folk dances for intangible cultural assets in Jeollabuk-do and by selecting interviewers, the key figures of the Honam dance transmission who were directly involved in the transmission to gain historical knowledge about Jeong Jaseon and Park Geumsul. Nevertheless, in the dance moves, Honam dance’s unique breathing techniques, delicate neutral dance lines, and delicate emotional expressions appeared in Honam dance.Thus, the character Jeong Jaseon was a member of the Muga family and a talented person. However, it can be defined as Gyobang that kept the reputation of his dance until it was designated as intangilbe cultural asset.
