정서에 초점을 둔 사이코드라마 진행 과정에 관한 연구

본 연구는 사이코드라마를 진행하는 과정에서 정서에 초점을 두어 어떻게 풀어나가는지를 살펴본 질적 연구이다. 2020년 한국사이코드라마·소시오드라마학회 주요행사의 부분세션 중 하나인 주제별 사이코드라마에서 진행된 한 사례를 중심으로 Creswell(2013)이 제안한 절차에 따라 그 과정을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 사이코드라마의 진행과정 중 정서에 초점을 두기 위해서는 주인공의 초기 정서를 살피고, 주인공의 부적응적 정서 경험을 활성화하고 각성 강화하기 위한 노력이 필요함을 확인하였다. 특히 디렉터는 사이코드라마 진행 과정 중 보조자와 관객들을 활용하여 주인공이 경험한 정서 수준에 다가가기 위해 또 주인공의 정서 경험이 재구성될 수 있도록 충분한 경험을 제공하기 위해 조심스럽고 단계적이며 다각적으로 접근해야 함을 알 수 있었다. This study is a qualitative study that examines how psychodrama is unraveled by focusing on emotions in the process. Focusing on the case that took place in Thematic Psychodrama, one of the sub-sessions of the 2020 Korean Society of Psychodrama and Sociodrama, the process was analyzed according to the procedure proposed by Creswell (2013). As a result, it was confirmed that in order to focus on emotions during the course of psychodrama, it is necessary to examine the protagonist's initial emotions, activate the protagonist's maladaptive emotional experience, and strengthen arousal. In particular, it was found that the director should approach the psychodrama carefully, step-by-step, and multifaceted in order to use the assistants and the audience to approach the emotional level experienced by the protagonist and to provide sufficient experience so that the protagonist's emotional experience can be reconstructed.
