ICC의 산학연협력 활성화 방안 연구: 전문대 ICC 분류 및 분과 분야별 구분을 중심으로

본 연구는 지역혁신중심 대학지원체계(RISE)로 통합(2025년)되는 사업운영을 원활하게 수행 할 수 있도록 방안과 기술협력 연계를 통한 산학 일체형 전문대학 육성을 위한 목적을 가진 연구이다. 산학협력 활성화 방안 연구를 통해 대학들이 시행하여 진행한 사례를 분석하고 전문대학 중심의 ICC 분류 및 분과 분야별 구분하여 주요 과제 및 지표를 분석하고자 하였다. 또한, ICC 프로그램 및 성과 요소 등 대학의 시스템과 산학협력내용, 기업협업센터(ICC)의 현안 과제 등을 검증하고 효과를 검토하였다. 연구결과 전문대학은 산학연협력체계로 개선되어 대학의 경쟁력이 높아졌으나 실용기술 기반 R&BD 결과물의 상용화를 위한 플랫폼 구축은 부족하였다. 산학협력선도대학 육성 사업은 산학중심의 현장 중심 맞춤형 교육으로 인력양성과 산학협력 인프라 확대, 특화기술 개발, 고부가가치 성과와 실적 창출이 가능한 것으로 평가할 수 있다. This study is aimed at the cultivation of industry-academia integrated universities by seeking the means of and through technology cooperation linkage for harmonious execution of the project operations, which will be integrated into regional innovation-oriented university support system (RISE) (by 2025). For this purpose, the performances of the outstanding cases executed and implemented by universities through research on the sustainability of industry-academia cooperation were analyzed, and key tasks and indices were analyzed by classifying college-oriented ICC and making distinction for each area of subcommittees. In addition, university system and industry-academia cooperation details such as ICC programs and performance elements, etc., and pending task issues of the Industry Cooperation Center (ICC), etc. were verified and their effects were reviewed. As the results of the study, it was found that although the competitiveness of the participating colleges increased through the improvement of the industry-academia-research cooperation system, there was inadequate establishment of platform for the commercialization of the practical technology-based R&BD outcomes. It can be evaluated that LINC 3.0, as a field-oriented customized education with industry and academia playing the core roles, will be able to cultivate necessary manpower, expand industry-academia cooperation infrastructure, develop specialized technologies, and generate highly value added performances and outcomes.
