부부관계를 주제로 한 사이코드라마 경험 연구

본 연구는 부부관계를 주제로 한 사이코드라마 경험이 어떠했는지를 탐험하기 위한 현상학적 연구이다. 연구참여자는 최근 부부관계를 주제로 주인공 경험이 있는 9명이고, 최소 5번 이상의 사이코드라마 주인공 경험이 있는 사람들로 구성되었다. Colaizzi의 기술적 현상학적 방법론을 적용하여 분석하여 연구 결과 5개의 주제군과 14개의 주제단위가 도출되었고, 주제군은 ‘은밀한 부부의 이야기라서 염려되는 타인의 시선’, ‘믿음으로 용기를 내어 나를 밝힘’, ‘갈등 속 나와 배우자의 마음을 헤아림’, ‘나의 삶과 연결된 우리 부부의 삶’, ‘사이코드라마 경험을 통해 깨우친 변화의 힘’으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과, 사이코드라마에서 부부관계를 이야기할 때는 성(性)의 속성처럼 숨기고 싶은 마음이 있을 수 있다는 점을 감안하여 집단의 분위기가 매우 중요하다는 것과, 부부중 한 사람의 사이코드라마를 통한 경험과 변화는 부부관계에 영향을 미친다는 것을 살펴볼 수 있었다. 본 연구는 부부관계를 주제로 사이코드라마 경험을 할 때 단순히 치유적인 효과가 있는지를 살펴본 것이 아니라 주인공으로서 어떤 경험이 있었는지를 현상학적 연구로 처음 시도한 것에 연구의 의의가 있다. This study is a phenomenological study to explore how psychodrama experience on the subject of marital relationship was. The research participants were composed of 9 people who have experienced the protagonist on the subject of recent marital relationship and who have experienced the protagonist of psychodrama at least 5 times. As a result of applying Colaizzi's descriptive phenomenological methodology, five thematic groups and 14 thematic units were derived. The thematic groups were the gaze of others who were concerned about the story of a secret couple, the courage to reveal me with faith, the understanding of the minds of me and my spouse in conflict, the life of our couple connected with my life, and the power of change that was awakened through the experience of psychodrama. As a result of this study, it was found that the atmosphere of the group is very important considering that when talking about marital relationship in psychodrama, there may be a desire to hide like the nature of sex, and that the experience and change of one of the couple's psychodrama affects marital relationship. This study is meaningful in that it attempted for the first time as a phenomenological study what kind of experience the main character had, rather than simply examining whether there is a therapeutic effect when experiencing psychodrama on the subject of marital relationship.
