초기성인기 여성의 관계중독 경험에 대한 내러티브 탐구: 이성관계를 중심으로

본 연구는 초기성인기 여성의 관계중독 경험을 심층적으로 이해하고 그 의미를 발견함으로써, 그들의 삶을 더욱 깊이 이해하고자 수행되었다. 연구 참여자는 친밀한 이성관계 형성이 발달적 과제로 중요하게 여겨지는 초기성인기 여성으로 관계중독 경험이 있거나 진행 중이라고 인정한 2인이다. 자료 수집은 2023년 4월에서 6월까지 이루어졌으며, 각 참여자와 총 3-4회에 걸쳐 면담을 진행하였다. 자료수집 및 분석은 Clandinin과 Connelly가 제시한 현장에 존재하기, 현장 텍스트로 이동하기, 현장 텍스트 구성하기, 경험에 대한 의미구성, 연구 텍스트 구성의 다섯 단계를 적용하였다. 연구 결과 연구 참여자들의 관계중독 경험에 대한 의미는 ‘생존을 위한 관계 맺기’, ‘늑대의 각인과 같은 집착’, ‘의존과 고립의 악순환’, ‘혼자여도 괜찮은 나를 찾아가는 여정’ 네 단계로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 관계중독의 영향을 다각도로 이해하고 인식을 제고하며 추후 관계 중독 예방 및 개입 전략 개발에 유용한 참고 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. This study aimed to explore the experiences of relationship addiction among early adult women and uncover their significance to gain deeper insights into their lives. Two women, for whom forming intimate relationships is a vital developmental task, participated, acknowledging past or present struggles with relationship addiction. Data were collected through 3-4 interviews per participant between April and June 2023. The research followed Clandinin and Connelly's five stages: living in the field, creating field texts, composing field texts, interpreting experiences, and composing research texts. Four main themes emerged: “forming relationships for survival,” “obsession like a wolf's imprinting,” “cycles of dependence and isolation,” and “a journey toward self-acceptance.” This study enhances understanding, raises awareness, and provides a basis for prevention and intervention strategies.
