사이코드라마 슈퍼비전 교육모델 제안을 위한 사이코드라마 전문가의 경험 탐색

본 연구는 ‘사이코드라마’라고 하는 경험적 집단 치료 형식에서 전문가들이 사이코드라마의 독특성을 반영한 슈퍼비전의 방식이 무엇인지 탐색하고, 다른 심리치료 영역과 차별화된 슈퍼비전 모델을 제안하기 위한 기초자료를 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 5명의 사이코드라마 전문가를 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 통해 수집된 자료들은 Colaizzi의 현상학적 방법에 근거하여 분석했다. 연구 대상자들 이 보고한 슈퍼비전 과정에 대한 경험과 아쉬움, 기대, 의견 등을 바탕으로 115개의 의미단위를 찾고, 이를 기반으로 16개의 주제를 구성하였으며, ‘사이코드라마 슈퍼비전이기에 더 어려운 시작, 슈퍼비전 목적에 영향을 미치는 슈퍼비전 환경, 슈퍼비전 효과에 영향을 미치는 집단 역동성, 사이코드라마 철학이 담긴 슈퍼비전, 차별화된 사이코드라마만의 슈퍼비전’이라는 5개의 주제 묶음으로 범주화 하였다. The purpose of this study is to explore what is the method of supervision that reflects the uniqueness of psychodrama by experts in the experiential group therapy form called 'psychodrama' and to present basic data to propose a supervision model that is differentiated from other psychotherapy areas. The data collected through in-depth interviews with five psychodrama experts were analyzed based on Colaizzi's phenomenological method. Based on the experiences, regrets, expectations, and opinions of the research subjects, 115 units of meaning were found, and 16 themes were composed based on them, and they were categorized into 5 theme groups: ‘Psychodrama supervision, more difficult beginning, supervision environment that affects the purpose of supervision, group dynamics that affect the supervision effect, supervision that contains psychodrama philosophy, and supervision that is unique to differentiated psychodrama’.
