사이코드라마 전문가 자격시험 응시 경험에 관한 합의적 질적 연구

본 연구는 사이코드라마 전문가 자격시험에 대한 응시 경험의 의미를 알아보기 위한 탐색 연구이다. 이를 위해 사이코드라마 자격취득 실기시험 응시자 13명을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 통해 수집된 자료들을 합의적 질적 분석 방법으로 분석하였다. 참여자들이 표현한 응시 경험의 의미는 10개의 범주, 40개의 하위범주로 분류될 수 있다. 첫 번째 영역인 ‘전문가 자격시험 응시 이전’의 경험에서는 ‘이론적 역량 강화를 위한 노력’, ‘실연의 실제 역량 강화를 위한 노력’, ‘디렉팅 훈련 과정에서 경험한 정서’의 3가지 범주가 도출되었다. 두 번째 영역인 ‘전문가 자격시험 응시 당시’의 경험에서는 ‘심리적, 신체적 불안정 상태’, ‘심리적 안정감 회복을 위한 노력’, ‘실연 과정의 어려움’의 3가지 범주가 도출되었다. 세 번째 영역인 ‘전문가 자격시험 응시 이후’의 경험에서는 ‘숙달된 디렉터 역량 인식’, ‘미진한 디렉팅 실력 자각’, ‘전문가 성장에 대한 내적 욕구 인식’, ‘전문가 성장을 위한 외적 도움 갈망’의 4가지 범주가 도출되었다. 본 연구는 사이코드라마 전문가와 수련생들이 전문성을 키우고 성장해가는 과정에서 실기시험이 갖는 의미와 경험을 살펴본 것에 의의가 있다. This is an exploratory study to explore the meaning of experience of taking examination of psychodrama specialists. For this purpose, data collected through in-depth interviews with 13 participants of practical examination for the psychodrama certification were analyzed using the Consensual Qualitative Research (CQR) method. The meaning of the examination experience expressed by participants can be classified into 10 categories and 40 subcategories. In the first category, “Experiences before taking the professional certification exam,” three categories were identified: “Efforts to strengthen theoretical competence,” “Efforts to strengthen practical competence in practice,” and “Emotions experienced during the directing training process. In the second domain, experiences at the time of taking the professional certification examination, three categories emerged: “Psychological and physical instability”, “Efforts to restore psychological stability” and “Difficulties in the demonstration process. In the third domain, experiences after taking the professional certification examination, four categories emerged: “Discovering embodied director competencies”, “Awareness of insufficient directing skills”, “Awareness of inner needs for expert growth”, and “Cravings for external help for expert growth”. This study is significant as it examines the meaning and experiences of practical exams in the process of developing and enhancing the expertise of psychodrama professionals and trainees.
