한국판 역전이 관리 척도(K-CMS) 타당화

본 연구는 상담자의 역전이 관리를 측정하기 위해 한국판 역전이 관리 척도(Countertransference Management Scale: CMS)를 타당화하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해, 상담자의 역전이 관리척도를 한국어로 번안하여 상담자 350명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 한국판 역전이 관리 척도의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 탐색적 요인분석(N=175) 과정에서 2문항이 제외되었으며, 2요인으로 구성된 원척도와 달리 한국판 역전이 관리 척도는 ‘개념화 능력(5문항)’, ‘자기이해 및 공감적 이해(7문항)’, ‘자기통합과 불안 관리(8문항)’의 3개의 하위요인으로 구성된 20개 문항으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 확인적 요인분석(N=175) 결과 탐색적 요인분석으로 확인된 3요인이 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 한국판 역전이 관리 척도의 신뢰도는 양호한 수준을 보였으며, 관련 변인들과의 상관 분석을 통하여 수렴 타당도와 준거 타당도가 검증되었다. 넷째, 상담자의 경력 수준은 역전이 관리와 유의한 정적 상관을 보였으며, 경력 기간이 증가할수록 역전이 관리 수준이 높아지는 경향이 나타났다. 마지막으로 연구 결과의 제한점과 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다. This study aimed to validate the Korean version of the Countertransference Management Scale (CMS). The CMS was translated into Korean and administered to 350 counselors to achieve this. Moreover, its validity and reliability were assessed using the collected data. The results were as follows. First, in the exploratory factor analysis, two items were excluded. Further, the K-CMS comprised 20 items across three subfactors: “Conceptualizing Ability,” “Self-Understanding and Empathic Understanding,” and “Self-Integration and Anxiety Management.” Second, the confirmatory factor analysis supported this three-factor structure. Third, correlation analyses with related variables confirmed convergent and criterion validity. The K-CMS showed adequate internal consistency. Finally, the implications of the findings and suggestions for future research are discussed.
