영아기 자녀를 둔 모의 조화의 적합성 척도 타당화 연구

본 연구는 영아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 조화의 적합도 척도의 타당도를 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 질문지는 영아기 조화의 적합성을 측정하기 위해, 본 연구자들이 델파이 조사를 통해 개발한 자기보고식 질문지에 대한 2명의 놀이치료 전문가에게 안면타당도 검증을 받은 후 5문항을 보완한 최종 110개 질문지를 구성하였다. 본 조사는 수도권인 서울 및 경기지역과 광역시 5곳(인천, 대전, 대구, 부산, 광주)에 거주 중인 영아의 어머니를 대상으로 진행되었다. 모바일 설문방식을 이용하여 36개월 미만 영아기 자녀를 둔 어머니 2000명을 대상으로 수행되었으며 수집된 자료를 이용해 탐색적 요인분석과 확증적 요인분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석, 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조화의 적합도 척도는 타당도가 확보된 것으로 나타났다. 1단계에서 구성타당도를 알아보기 위해 탐색적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 영아의 기질 25문항, 모의 자기이해 16문항, 모의 양육특성 23문항으로 총 64문항으로 나타났다. 영아의 기질 하위척도는 반응강도, 적응성, 규칙성, 기분·정서의 질, 활동수준으로 정리되었고, 어머니의 자기이해 하위척도는 자기 돌봄, 행동·상황인식, 스트레스 대처행동, 감정인식으로 정리되었으며, 어머니의 양육특성 하위척도는 민감성, 반응성, 일관성으로 정리되었다. 2단계로 영아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 모-자녀관계 3요인 모형의 타당성을 알아보기 위해 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 모형적합도가 모두 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영아기 조화의 적합도 척도는 신뢰도가 확보된 것으로 나타났다. 내적 합치도, 검사-재검사 신뢰도 및 반분신뢰도는 비교적 바람직한 수준임이 확인되었다. The purpose of this study is to validate the goodness-of-fit scale for mothers of infant less than 36 months old; a scale, which was developed by the Delphi survey. 2000 mothers from 7 regions were recruited for this study and, the data obtained were analyzed through exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and reliability analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, subscale analyses revealed that the infantile temperament(5 factor), maternal Self Understanding(4 factor), and maternal parenting reaction(3 factor) three-subscale were appropriate. Second, there was a statistically significant positive correlation between the current scale and IBSP, IBSC, Parent Reflection, indicating concurrent validity. Finally, higher scores of the subscale(maternal Self Understanding and maternal Parenting Reaction) and their factors significantly predicted higher scores of PSOC(Parental Self-efficacy). These findings confirm the validith of this new measure to goodness-of-fit and specifically suggests what kinds of attitudes assured the validity of infantile temperament.
