놀이치료자의 평가염려 완벽주의가 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향에서 수퍼바이지 애착전략의 조절효과

본 연구에서는 놀이치료자의 평가염려 완벽주의가 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향에서 수퍼바이지 애착 전략의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 수도권 지역의 병원 내 놀이치료실, 대학 부설 놀이치료실, 복지관 내 놀이치료실, 전문아동상담센터 등에서 종사하고 있는 놀이치료자 171명을 대상으로 평가염려 완벽주의 척도, 수퍼바이지 애착 전략 척도(SASS) 그리고 심리적 소진 척도를 사용하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 놀이치료자의 평가염려 완벽주의, 수퍼바이지 애착전략(회피, 거절) 그리고 심리적 소진의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 놀이치료자의 평가염려 완벽주의가 심리적 소진과 정적 상관관계가 있었으며, 수퍼바이지 애착 전략의 총점과 그 하위요인 모두가 심리적 소진과 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 놀이치료자의 평가염려 완벽주의와 심리적 소진의 관계에서 수퍼바이지 애착 전략의 조절효과를 검증하기 위해 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 수퍼바이지 애착 전략 총점과 그 하위요인인 회피 애착 전략의 조절효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 이처럼 본 연구에서는 놀이치료자의 평가염려 완벽주의가 심리적 소진에 위험요인임을 검증하였고, 특히 수퍼바이지의 불안정 애착 전략이 심리적 소진을 심화시키는 요인으로 작용할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 더불어 수퍼바이지의 애착 전략을 고려한 수퍼비전의 필요성을 시사하였다는 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to verify the moderating effects of supervisee attachment strategies between evaluative concerns perfectionism and psychological burnout among play therapists. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, there was a positive correlation between evaluative concerns perfectionism and psychological burnout. Additionally, supervisee attachment strategies total and sub-factors(avoidance, rejection) had a positive correlation with psychological burnout. Second, it was found that the total score of the supervisee attachment strategies and its sub-factor(avoidance) had moderating effects. In conclusion, these results suggest that the evaluative concerns perfectionism is a meaningful and real risk factor when it comes to psychological burnout. In particular, the results indicate that any unstable attachment strategies of the supervisee could serve as a factor in deepening psychological burnout, suggesting the need for supervision which takes into consideration the attachment strategy of the supervisee.
