| Abstract | In this study, the North Korean situation on the situation of youth education and research are identified. May-July 2013, North Korean defector youth education specialist youth 15 to 16 names and narrative analysis was derived home, school, and social education of the youth of the North Korean problem. Based on such results, daunting challenges to their political right to education can protect you looking for ways to study. These findings suggest that the current North Korean defectors living in Republic of Korea and the treatment of adolescents, as well as to solve the problem, the future North-South integration and future unification era training and education of future generations to investigate the direction and provide the basic data preparation was invaluable in terms of research the significance. |

These findings suggest that the current North Korean defectors living in Republic of Korea and the treatment of adolescents, as well as to solve the problem, the future North-South integration and future unification era training and education of future generations to investigate the direction and provide the basic data preparation was invaluable in terms of research the significance. 닌 학교로는 초등학교가 가장 많았다. 북한이탈청소년은 정치, 경제, 사회적으로 자신들이 성장했던 기반인 북한과 이질적인 남한체제를 접하고 충격을 경험한다. 특히탈북과정에 중국을 비롯한 제3국에 장기간 체류하는 경우가 많다. 불법체류자 신분으로 발각되면 강제로 송환되는 등 절박한 인권유린 상황 속에서 청소년과 학습권은 보장받지 못한다. 대부분의 청소년들은 탈북해서 남한에 입국할 때까지 평균 2년 정도(2004년 조사시 2.5년, 2006년 조사 1.5년) 학교를 다니지 못하였다. 일부는 가짜 호구를 마련하여 중국학교를 다니기도 하였지만 그 역시 불안정한 신분 때문에 지속적으로 교육받은 경우는 드물다. 북한 문화는 남한보다도 나이에 따른 서열의식이 강하기 때문에사춘기의 북한이탈청소년이 남한에 와서 자신보다 나이 어린 학생들과 같은 학급에 있는 상황을 견디기 어려워한다. 더욱 심각한 문제는 학습결손을 메우기 위해 현 나이보다 더 어린 학년으로 학교에 편입하게 되는데, 거기서도 현저한 학력 차이가 쉽게 줄어들지않는다는 것이다. 따라서 비교적 사소한 사건으로도 자존심에 상처를 입고 학교를 떠나거나, 초등학교나 중학교 졸업을 계기로 상급학교에 진학하기 보다는 검정고시를 준비하는 경우가 많다. 남북한 교육제도 및 교육내용 차이에서 오는 문제도 심각하다. 생소한 학과목, 사교육과 특기교육, 보충교육(복지관, 지역공부방),교과용어, 외래어 등이 이들에게는 낯설기만 하다. 북한에서는 일반적으로는 다루지 않았던 영어나 컴퓨터와 같은 생소한 교과목들뿐만 아니라 과학, 사회, 역사 등 익숙한 과목도 실제 그 내용에서는현격한 차이가 난다. 문화와 언어의 이질성은 친구관계와 교사와의관계에도 영향을 미쳐, 대인관계를 위축시켜며 학교와 사회의 부적응을 초래하기도 한다.
