아버지의 결혼만족도와 또래애착이 초기 청소년의 외현화 문제행동에 미치는 영향: 초기 청소년 자아존중감의 조절된 매개효과

본 연구는 아동패널자료를 활용하여 아버지의 결혼만족도가 자녀의 문제행동에 미치는 영향에서 또래 애착의 매개효과와 자아존중감의 조절된 매개효과를 파악하는 데 목적을 두었다. 연구자는 육아정책연구소의 한국아동패널조사(Panel Study On Korean Children) 10차연도(2017년)에서 조사된 자료로 아버지 결혼만족도 설문에 응답한 총 1,294명의 데이터를 활용하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초기 청소년의 자아존중감은 아버지의 결혼만족도와 초기 청소년의 외현화 문제행동의 관계에서 매개효과를 갖고 있었으며, 종속변인과 독립변인 간의 관계에서 부분 매개효과를 보였다. 둘째, 아버지의 결혼만족도와 또래애착 간의 관계, 또래애착과 초기 청소년의 외현화 문제행동 간의 관계가 자아존중감에 따라 달라지는지 검증하였다. 연구결과 자아존중감의 조절효과가 아버지의 결혼만족도와 또래애착, 또래애착과 초기 청소년의 외현화 문제행동의 관계에서 모두 유의하였다. 셋째, 초기 청소년 자아존중감의 조절된 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 아버지의 결혼만 족도가 또래애착을 매개하여 초기 청소년의 외현화 문제행동이 감소하는 경로에 초기 청소년의 자아존중감 수준에 따라 달라지는 결과를 보였다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과의 의의와 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of peer attachment on the relationship between father’s marital satisfaction and externalized problem behavior among early adolescents, and to investigate the regulated mediating effect of self-esteem. This study used the Panel Study on Korean Children (PSKC)’s 10th data, which consisted of 1,294 responses to father's marital satisfaction by Korean Institute of Child Care and Education. RKMSS, CBCL 6-18, RSE and Peer attachment subscale of the IPPA were used. The results of the study are as follows. First, Process Macro analysis indicated that peer attachment partially mediated the relationship between father’s martial satisfaction and adolescents' externalized problem behavior. Second, it was found that self-esteem moderated not only the relation between father’s marital and peer attachment but also the relation between peer attachment and externalized problem behavior of early adolescents. Third, in terms of the regulated mediating effect of early adolescents' self-esteem, father's marital satisfaction lowered the degree of adolescents' externalized problem behaviors through peer attachment. The importance and limitation of this study were discussed.
