스포츠혁신위원회 권고사항에 대한 스포츠 현장 주체들의 인식 실태

연구목적 본 연구의 목적은 체육인들을 대상으로 하는 광범위한 실태조사를 통해 스포츠혁신위원회의 권고안에 대해 체육계 현장 주체들이 가지고 있는 인식을 파악하는 것이다. 연구방법 대한체육회의 협조를 받아 선수, 지도자, 학부모, 행정가 등을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하였으며, 각 문항에 대한 응답결과는 SPSS 23.0 통계 패키지를 활용하여, 기술통계분석(Descriptive Analysis)을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과 도출된 연구결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습권과 과 관련하여 최저학력기준 미달 학생선수의 체육특기자 선발 및 출전 금지에 대해 체육계 현장 주체들은 부정적인 인식을 가지고 있었다. 둘째, 훈련과 관련하여 학기 중 주중대회 참가 금지, 주말대회로의 전환, 소년체육대회 폐지 및 스포츠클럽 통합대회 개최 등 스포츠혁신위원회 권고안에 대해 전반적으로 동의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대한체육회와 대한올림픽위원회의 분리와 관련된 권고안에도 대부분 동의하고 있지 않았다. 결론 체육계 현장 주체들은 스포츠혁신위원회 권고안에 대해 전반적으로 동의하지 않는 모습을 보여주고 있으며, 향후 원활한 스포츠 구조개혁을 진행하기 위해서는 정책대상집단인 현장 주체들과의 소통을 통해 체육계가 정상화 될 수 있는 방안을 모색해야 한다. Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine the perception of people who involved in sports on the recommendations of the Sports Innovation Committee through survey. Methods With the cooperation of the Korean Olympic Committee, an online survey was conducted on athletes, coaches, parents, and administrators. The response of each question were analyzed using the SPSS 23.0 statistical package using Descriptive Analysis. Result The results of the derived research are presented as follows. First, regarding the right to learn, the people in sports field had a negative perception about prohibition of participation in a competition of student-atheletes who did not meet the minimum educational standards. Second, regarding training, it was found that they generally disagree with the recommendations of the Sports Innovation Committee, such as banning participation in weekday competitions during the semester, switching to weekend competitions, abolishing youth sports competitions, and holding sports club integrated competitions. Third, most of them did not agree with the recommendations related to separation from the Korean Olympic Committee. Conclusion The people in Sports field generally disagree with the recommendations of the Sports Innovation Committee, and in order to efficiently reform the sports structure in the future, it is necessary to find a way to develope the sports field through communication with the field actors.
