Summary:This study provides a case study what include in-depth analysis of the Korean Diaspora Church in Japan and its members and verifies the purpose of the church in the context of Korean diaspora living in Japan. In-depth and focus group interviews were conducted, and qualitative data were analyzed using the CAQDAS-NVivo. The results can be summarized as follows: First of all, Christian community as the center of community/social participation and the civil rights movement, Second, problem of the worries about Intangible discrimination and exclusion, Third, strategy of Kawasaki church in church members and linguistic situation and context, Fourth, spatial meaning of social capital as share of national identity, and Finally, dilemma of Kawasaki(川崎市) community church. Such elements of Kawasaki (Kawasaki) Korean church suggests that appear while interacting with the context and status of Korean residents in Japanese society.
