Summary:Hematological studies in two strains of normal laboratory mice, namely ICR and ddY which were produced in Koren were carried out. Blood analysis was performed by using different methods, a fully automated analyzer (ELT 1, 500), Coulter counter (model S plus IV) and manual technique to examine possible differences resulting from methodolgies'slight differences among the values of blood parameters were obtained. There was a slight difference noted between sexes, however, similar values were obtained from both strains.
