제1형 Monteggia 유사 병변과 동반한 간과된 변형 Essex-Lopresti 손상 -증례 보고

저자들은 아주 드물게 발생하여 원위 요척 관절의 손상을 간과하기 쉬운 제1형 Monteggia 유사 병변과 동반된 Essex-Lopresti 손상을 경험하였기에 제1형 Monteggia 유사 병변이 있는 모든 환자에서 원위 요척 관절의 불안정성에 대해 주의를 기울이고 세심한 검사를 시행하여야 한다는 것을 강조하고자 한다. The authors report the case of a patient with the combination of a Type I Monteggia equivalent lesion and Essex-Lopresti injury. This combination of injury is very rare, and an associated distal radioulnar injury is often missed. We hope our experience illustrates the need to examine the wrist joint carefully and to be aware of the potential for distal radioulnar joint instability in all patients with type I Monteggia equivalent lesions.
