안과 진료 의뢰된 입원 환자에 대한 고찰

목적 : 대학병원의 안과 진료 의뢰된 입원 환자의 안과적 문제에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 대상과 방법 : 2002년 4월부터 12월까지 본원에 입원 중 안과 진료 의뢰된 1014명을 대상으로 성별, 연령, 의뢰과, 의뢰 이유, 안과 진단, 의뢰과 진단을 기록하였다. 결과 : 남자가 501명, 60대가 199명이었다. 가장 많이 의뢰한 과는 내분비내과였고 가장 많은 의뢰 이유는 당뇨망막병증에 대한 선별 검사였다. 64종류의 1차적 안과 진단과 40종류의 Purpose: To study profiles of inpatients and...
