Summary: | The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of naps taken by nurses before and during the night shift in the three shift system. Two experiments were tried on five female students : taking a nap (A) from 9 pm to 11 pm, (B) from 3 am to 4 am.The results indicated that the students (A) got better awakening and (B) had easier and faster sleeps. We can conclude that "A" may have the effects of keeping up good awakening and that "B" may help to improve the work efficiency.
本研究の目的は,三交代制勤務従事看護師の深夜勤務時間帯の前・中にとる仮眠によって,覚醒水準,作業効率を検討することである。女子学生5名に,深夜勤務時間帯を午前0~8時と設定し,21 ~ 23時に120分間の仮眠をとる条件(条件A)と午前3~4時に60分間の仮眠条件(条件B)の2条件を課し,覚醒水準,作業効率,仮眠中の脳波を観察した。その結果,仮眠時の主観的評価では,目覚めに関しては条件Aが良く,寝つきや熟睡感に関しては条件Bが良かったという特徴を示した。また,深夜勤務時間帯の前にとる仮眠には覚醒水準の維持効果があり,勤務時間帯にとる仮眠には作業効率を向上させる効果があることが示唆された。 |
