Clinical evaluation of hypoirritant shampoo (HM shampoo) and hypoirritant rince (HM rince)

Multiinstitutional clinical evaluation of hypoirritant shampoo (HM shampoo) and hypoirritant rinse (HM rinse) was carried out by 15 doctors in 6 hospitals.163 subjects (87 atopic dermatitis. 34 contact dermatitis and 42 pityriasis capitis) were adopted. 79.8% of the subjects (130-/163) were improved at the final observation. Adverse effects recognized in 4 cases (2.5%). The symptoms of adverse effects were slight and were improved by discontinuance of the products use.The patient's evaluation of UM shampoo and HM rinse showed the following results: excellent 13.5%, good 50.3%, slightly good 20.2%, undetermined 12.3%, bad 3.7%. The useful ratio of HM shampoo and HM rinse evaluated by the doctors was 71.8%.From the above results, we concluded HM shampoo and HM rinse were safe and useful products on the patients with dryness of the scalp. 低刺激性シャンプー (HMシャンプー) ・低刺激性リンス (HMリンス) の安全性, 有用性, 使用感を検討する目的で, 頭部皮膚の乾燥と粃糠を伴う皮膚疾患患者163例を対象に使用試験を施行した。対象の79.8% (130/163) が改善以上の最終改善度を示した。副作用は4例 (2.5%) に認められた。患者自身による評価では, 非常に良い22例 (13.5%), 良い82例 (50.3%), やや良い33例 (20.2%), わからない20例 (12.3%), 悪い6例 (3.7%) で, 良い以上が63.8% (104/163) を示した。有用性判定結果は, 極めて有用33例 (20.2%), 有用84例 (51.5%), やや有用28例 (17.2%), 無用14例 (8.6%), 有害4例 (2.5%) で, 有用以上が71.8% (117/163) を示した。
