Summary:The purpose of this study is to propose a repair system that is directly managed by the manager. The skill level of the staff for the repair effect of problem extraction and patch repair work in the local government was investigated. As a result, it was found that municipalities with low maintenance costs per bridge are considering the introduction of directly managed repairs. In order to carry out directly managed repairs, it is first necessary to eliminate the shortage of engineers and personnel. And after the introduction, there is a problem that there is a lack of intelligence and skills to implement it properly. In addition, the skill level differed depending on the construction direction of patch repair, and the degradation of the adhesive performance on the bottom surface was remarkable compared to the plasterer in any case.
