痙攣により発症した寛骨臼骨折の治療経験
【はじめに】寛骨臼骨折は高エネルギー外傷で生じるが，稀に痙攣により発症しその報告は非常に少ない．今回痙攣により発症した寛骨臼骨折の1症例を経験したので報告する．【症例】36歳男性，痙攣と意識消失がありブドウ糖により意識を回復した．その後から左股関節痛があり，画像検査の結果股関節中心性脱臼とdome impaction（DI），quadrilateral surface（QLS）の内方転位を伴う左寛骨臼骨折を認めた．後日骨接合術を施行したが，術後1週で股関節中心性脱臼の再発とDIの再転位を認めたため再手術を施行した．再手術ではDIの整復と骨移植などで整復部を補強しQLSの整復固定を追加した．術後...
