肩甲骨骨折の治療経験
【はじめに】肩甲骨骨折は比較的まれな骨折である．当院で肩甲骨骨折に対し骨接合術を行った症例について報告する．【対象と方法】2011年1月～2014年12月に観血的手術を行った，肩甲骨骨折6例6肩を対象とした．男性4肩，女性2肩，手術時年齢は平均56.1歳，術後観察期間は平均10.5ヵ月，肩甲骨関節窩骨折1例，肩甲骨頸部骨折1例，関節窩骨折＋頸部骨折1例，superior shoulder suspensory complex（SSSC）の破綻を2か所以上に認める骨折3例であった．調査項目は受傷機転，術前待機期間，合併損傷，術中出血，手術時間，固定材料，術後合併症，術後Japan Orthopa...
