要旨：血液凝固第XIII 因子（F XIII）濃縮製剤使用後にGalen 静脈血栓症が疑われた1 例を報告する．76 歳女性で，意識障害により救急搬送された．前交通動脈破裂脳動脈瘤によるくも膜下出血と診断し，basal interhemispheric approach によるクリッピング術を施行した．術後4 日目に髄液鼻漏が生じ，F XIII 活性の低下を認めたためF XIII 濃縮製剤を使用した．その後髄液鼻漏は消失し，意識障害も徐々に改善傾向となるも，再度意識障害の悪化を認めた．脳血管撮影検査でGalen 静脈に狭窄所見を認め，脳静脈血栓症による意識障害と診断し，低分子ヘパリンの持続点滴...
